It might be a variant of Sabway; there are plenty of nice 10e prot spells that could benefit from the Soul Reaping machine. The only clear downside here is the low level.

Perhaps we should not be so quick to criticize.

Somem of us don't run necros or premade builds. The only time I run premade builds is when I am vanquishing and I use Sabs 3 Necro build because it works. Otherwise I like to switch the skills around to my liking and for each area. Plus not everyone goes and looks at builds in the build section. I'm sure there were alot of people in-game that lol'd about it. So not everyone knows.
